Wx is an unusual company, half workplace consultant, half technology designer.

We have founded the company in 2017 as a Sodexo corp-up, to pursue one mission:

Lead the workplace and employee experience revolution towards a liquid, data-driven, human-centric world of work.

We were fed up by how something as important as the workplace was actually thought and treated. Opinions from gurus, trends, and a lack of focus on the end-user. We were astounded by how sophisticated were the tools, technologies and techniques available, and how little there were used by those who were designing the workplace.

Why doing technology and consulting?

Because we’re solving one problem for our clients: understanding its workplace, and how its people are interacting with it. Most of our consulting projects involve the use of sensors to understand the physical interactions at our clients; and most of our technology clients are amidst workplace transformation projects when they ask us for a digital solution. In order to better serve them, we have acquired CSM, an European leader in workplace analytics, that became Wx.Solutions.

More info here. ‍ Sodexo has achieved a structuring strategic move, at the beginning of the 2000’s, by moving to the integrated facility management sector; but now, as workplace is becoming a growing matter, it became essential for them to address this topic for their clients. ‍
